I break down the Kouri Richins infamous “Walk The Dog” letter found in her jail cell. She claims this letter was part of a fictional book she was working on. The prosecution disagreed with that sentiment and requested sanctions be placed on Richins.
On Monday, Kouri Richins wrote a statement claiming her eagerness to proceed with the trial and prove her innocence. Eric Richins's estate put out a statement saying that they are confident in the judicial system and there will be enough evidence for a jury to convict her.
We still have a long way to go before a trial can be set. First, Kouri needs a new defense attorney, then the preliminary hearing needs to happen.
