Barclays a large loss, not as bad as expected. Pre-tax profit falls 25% stock getting hammered.

Banko Santander stock is going up, beats estimates even though net income fell 5%.

Nomeira, unexpectedly, posting a quarterly loss. First time in more than four years 19.2 billion yen.
