Very close. Thanks Chad. Fantastic. You're welcome. Let's get into some of the details. So first things first you qualified at I am Copanagan.

I'm a Copanagan. That's it. What was your time? What were your splits? It was 846. Fast. Yeah.

Yeah. The goal was sub nine. So yeah, to go then the stretch goal was sub 850. So to get to 846, I'm pretty bad. Very pleased with.

So did a 102 swim, a 444 bike and then a 250 run. That's an insane run. Have you done a marathon open before?

After a fast bike. I've done, yeah, I've done two two open marathons and won this year, one last year. What were those times?

So my first one last year I did 253 and then this year I did the Boston marathon being in the year. I did a 235. That's crazy.

Geez. Do you have a running background? How did you become such a good runner?

So at school, I was a cross-country athletics by use pay rugby. So the seasons was you paid rugby and then you did cross-country in the next term.
