0:27.3	We're back with our sweet siblings, Coco and Kira this evening as they hunt around trying to find something precious. Have you ever lost something important? Oh, it's a horrible feeling and
0:34.6	often no one can really help. People say well-meaning things like,
0:40.2	where were you when you last had it? But of course, if you knew that, it wouldn't be lost,
0:45.4	would it? Unfortunately, for Kira, what's disappeared is her beloved comfort blanket. Uh-oh. But
0:54.0	Coco being the worldly wise, big brother, reassures her that
0:58.1	they will find it, no matter what. I wonder if he will, and indeed where it will be. Should we find out?
1:07.4	Okay, hop into bed, lie back and try this.
1:12.7	Place your hands together and give them a rub until they're really nice and warm.
1:18.3	Rub, rub, rub, rub, rub, and then, when they are warm, place the palms of your hands over your eyes.
1:24.5	And then just breathe out, feeling their warmth on your eyelids.

1:32.4	Now, perhaps roll back your shoulders
1:34.7	and move around in bed a bit until you're in your most relaxing spot.
