0:59.2	I had a lovely time.
1:01.1	The days are getting ever longer, warmer and brighter here in Wales,
1:05.3	so Sonny and I spend hours in the garden,
1:07.8	getting things organised and set up for a bumper summer crop of sunflowers,
1:12.5	strawberries, veggies and sweet peas, I hope. I know that many of my friends went off skiing or
1:18.6	to some sunny beaches, but I find that when everyday life is so busy, sometimes the most
1:24.3	satisfying and restorative breaks are the simple ones, when we slow down a little
1:28.8	and notice the small things around us. Maybe a colourful flower opening up in the sunshine,
1:35.9	a busy bee buzzing around the bushes, or a cloud drifting past that looks a bit like something funny,
1:43.1	or a quiet moment that makes us stop and think.
1:47.1	And that's something I've been thinking about lately.
1:50.2	That lovely little feeling when you notice something and your mind starts to wonder.
