But apparently, Brian Coboeberger, whose trial was supposed to start on August 18th,

they're in the process of all kinds of hearings.

Apparently, according to News Nation, he is taking a plea deal,

and he is going to plead guilty to the murders of

Xana Kurnodal, Ethan Chapin, Madison Mogan, and Kaylee Gonzalez, in exchange for a life

without parole, take the death penalty off the table.

Shocking to us, but let me play so you know that I'm not making this up.

This was just 10 minutes ago from News Nation.

Mark, Ricky Newscombe again from the state of Idaho once again,

but on a different story as News Nation has just learned that the accused killer,

Brian Colberger, accepted a plea deal. Yeah, a plea deal was offered and he has accepted the deal.

Sources are confirming the prosecutors proposed dropping the death penalty. That was the deal

in exchange for Coburger pleading guilty to committing for murders and pleading guilty to

burglary as well.

So guilty plea in exchange for no death penalty.

Now the background on this story, you'll remember he's accused of killing those four University of Idaho students at their home.

It was back in November of 2022.

Sources say Kohlberger must also agree to spend the rest of his life in prison without any possibility of parole.
