I'm your host, retired NYPD Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD.

Very eventful day today.

And we all know what happened in regards to the Idaho

four murders. We're not going to use the killer, the convicted killer who's going to

prison to the rest of his life. We're not going to use his name. We're going to either refer to

him in this broadcast as the convicted felon, the killer, the perpetrator,

because he wants to be famous. And as we learned from Jim Clementi the other night,

retired FBI agent, we don't want to give him any shine anymore. He's had enough shine.

And now he's done with that shine. And he will never hear us say his name again.

If we can help it, I know it's sort of tough not to say his name when you want to say it in vain

and you want to say it in disgust and you want to say it like the people who did those impact

statements today did. And it seemed that they got

a lot out of that, that they were able to confront this mutt, this mutt who murdered four

innocent students. And that is the only consolation we get is that for these four right here, Madison Mogan,

Zana Connoodle, Kaylee Gonzalez, and Ethan Chapin.

And that's who this case was all about.

And unfortunately, it became about the perpetrator, who we won't say his name, who murdered

the Idaho for, who pled guilty.

And today, in this sentencing, he showed his true colors of what an absolute coward

he is.

We all knew that.
