You know, finally, there's the Idaho case, and we refer to this case, like so many do,

the Idaho four, but I would like to mention their names, Kaylee Gonzalez, Madison, Mogan, Zana Kanoano and Ethan Chapin.

And today was one of the first court appearances by Brian Coburg in a while.

And this case is sort of moving at a snail space, but I think it's a bit understandable when we know what the stakes involved

today but the judge would not set a trial date or make a decision on a motion

by the defense for a change

of venue. So a change of venue is a big thing for the defense. The defense does not believe

that Brian Koberger can get a fair trial in LATO County. So they're trying to get it moved coburger returned to court as uh judge john

judge heard arguments for trial scheduling and the defense's request for a change of venue which

we already discussed and the judge is listening carefully to both sides because it's a very complicated case and

exacerbated by the fact that this is a death penalty case. So the judge wants to make sure

that he does everything 100% correctly. Prosecutors had previously requested a trial date for this June

after the end of the spring semester, but the defense wants more time to prepare. Judge

Judge said a May 14th hearing to address a motion for the change in venue. A trial date will be set after its determined if the trial will be moved.

So there is a potential that this, the request of venue may be granted, but right now we don't know if in fact

he will grant that change of venue. That's one of the things he's got away because they're not going to pick a jury and then

change venue.

So they would rather have the venue and pick a jury close or in the county of where the
