In regards to the reporting of it, because ever since the gag order, there hasn't been a lot of new information coming out, except that all changed this week.

And in regards to the secret grand jury proceedings, which is, it's no, like when we use

the word secret, grand jury proceedings are always secret. So it's not just in this case that

people think, oh, Brian Coburgger. I've had people in the

chat say, oh, his rights are being violated. They are not being violated. This is very usual.

Grand juries are secretive proceedings and it is a strategic move by the prosecutor Bill Thompson.

Now, the defense was making all kinds of moves, interviewing witnesses pre-hearings,

which was supposed to start on June 26th.

So we don't know specifically when the grand jury presentation began.

It could have began a month ago as far as we know.

We don't know.

It was secret.

What we do know is they returned a true bill and they returned an indictment of Brian

Kohlberger for four counts of first degree murder and one count of burglary in the first degree.
