If you think that you're going to go and accomplish something really special and be the best

in anything in the world, and you think you can do it without working, you make a big

mistake.

Because no matter what I did, if it was in bodybuilding or in acting, or if it was in

the pulvergarina, it always took a lot, a lot of work, and you got to put out and you

got to, you know, something like a lot of sacrifices, notice, if you're not willing to work

hard to get about it, so there's another who does it very well.

Work like hell, I mean, just have to put in, you know, 80 hours, 80 to 100 hour weeks

every week.

Yes, I get up at crazy hours, whether it's 3 o'clock in the morning, by the way, when

we're talking in London, I was getting up at 3, because I had to be on set by 7.

So whatever time my call time is, so my call time is at 7, then you back your clock

up 4 hours, and then that's when I get up and train twice.

I'll be in the cardio and then breakfast, and then I'll go, hit the weights, clanging

and banging, we call it.

The only thing that I see that is distinctly different about me is I'm not afraid to

die on a treadmill.

I will run.

You would not be out work.

I will not be out work, I'm hearing you know, you might have more talent than me, you

might be smarter than me, you might be sexier than me, but if we get on a treadmill together,
