And I got to tell you, I just got to be honest.

This morning was just kind of an off day for me, you know, like anxiety crept up. Some of it made sense.

Some of it didn't make sense. And I only share this with you that, man, like, I struggled to

when I heard Ed Milette get on a story the other day and just be like, this is not my morning.

Like, I'm super off, not,

not the most emotionally regulated. And I was like, thank you. Thank you. And it gives me

permission to say, you know, sometimes it's just, man, it's early afternoon by this point

when I'm recording this and still just kind of shaking it off a little. And you know, there's going to be days like this.

And what's beautiful is it tied right into the subject. And I was not even planned as I was just

saying this to be honest. I just wanted to be very candid and tell you like, it's just off today.

Anxiety. Just kind of uncomfortable in my own skin.

But there's one way to combat that.

And it's that I still stick to my commitments.

And I do what I said I was going to do.

Because I know the lack of doing that leads to even greater anxiety and greater, you know.

It's, uh, it's quite a trip. And it will just perpetuate even more.

So not that sticking to my commitments to myself is always going to leave is going to alleviate

me ever feeling this way. But I can promise you that it would make it 10 times worse if I also was missing.
