Summary

Today's podcast was on the pros and cons of both meal planning and flexible dieting. It's a subject that has a lot of opinions around. I gathered my own personal antidotal experience along with all my teams input to bring you this podcast. With well over 25 years combined experience on this subject, my hope is this helps you navigate personally which approach is best for you! Today's episode was the pros and cons of flexible dieting versus meal plans.

It's a subject that gets brought up a lot to us.

You know, we were traditionally a meal plan place, meal plan kind of center place

to key nutrition. In the last couple of years, we flipped it over to a lot more flexible

dieting within teaching clients how to track their own macros and probably do a hybrid of both.

So I think that both have pros and cons, and I think it's important for you to kind of navigate

and see what works best for you and be able to take the right approach,

you know, whether you're with a coach or not.

Now I mentioned having a coach in a lot of this

and like I don't care if you go,

have a coach a key or not, like even just your own coach.

And you know, I feel like kind of being able to navigate,

like maybe a meal plan that I set for myself

or my coach set serving me Monday through Friday works better and I do flexible dieting on weekends.

And yeah, I'm a proponent of flexible dieting, but I also understand the value of meal plans.
