Welcome back to the Key Nutrition Podcast. Today I'm joined by Dr. Grayson Wickham. He's a doctor of physical therapy, certified strength and conditioning specialist. Functional movement, our functional medicine practitioner, movement, I was going off the movement there. And founder of the movement vault. So the movement

0:38.1

vault is an app, I believe, what you're going to get into, which I'm super excited to talk about.

0:42.4

And this is something I've actually been trying to incorporate. I said to Grayson before we hit

0:47.5

record this year, that's a lie. Let's talk about the last three months is much more flexibility

0:53.8

and stretching and mobility because I've

0:56.8

been a muscle bound meathead for far too long. And now that I'm creeping up on 40 and I've got

1:02.2

a three-year-old I'm chasing around as a single dad, like I noticed like I need some work. So

1:07.8

thanks for coming on, man. Appreciate your time. Hey, amazing, amazing to be here.

1:12.3

And yeah, I'm excited to kind of dive in and share a bunch of tactics that, you know, your audience

So people are starting to become more aware of this, Googling it. And then you got a lot of shit influencers out there who are preaching some things that I'm

1:50.3

just like, I don't know if that's correct.

1:51.9

You know, listen, I'm just certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, not a physical

1:55.6

therapist, but there's been some advice I've seen floating around that.

1:58.4

I'm just like, I'm not sure that that's fully correct.

2:00.8

But people can say whatever they want on social media. That's for damn sure.

2:04.6

So what's the movement, the movement vault app. And we'll get into that more, but what's

2:12.3

kind of the basis of that? Yeah. So movement fault is, it's essentially a stretching mobility. And we also, you know,

2:20.5

we've got pain and injury program. So essentially what it is is it's a better way to stretch,

2:25.1

prevent and fix pain and injury. And so how movement fault differs than, you know, from a lot of

2:30.7

other programs, stretching apps, fitness apps, is we focus on active
