physique is kind of boring. It's kind of boring. But it's such a metaphor for life on so many areas. And so

we talked about the real flex isn't like training for some, you know, event and crushing it and

then going right back to your old ways. It's like doing this shit consistently when nobody's

watching. And so we got to do about a 30 minute conversation about that. And hopefully you

guys take some value and kind of look in your own life and examine that.
