On today's episode, me and Michelle briefly recapped my trip to Las Vegas with my dad,

where we ended up only getting one king bed for the two nights instead of two queens.

So we had to sleep in the same bed and it was awkward to say the least.

But that was only the first few minutes of the show.

After that, we talked about imposter syndrome. As you saw in the title there and actually looked into like, what is imposter syndrome?

There were really like five different types, according to some authors and publishers about what really imposter syndrome can show up looking like.

I thought it was very interesting, very insightful.

And so we kind of shared that to help you see maybe where you're feeling this in your life,

but also at the end kind of gave you a spin that I think labeling yourself just as imposter syndrome is

doing yourself a big disservice because it's really not what it is. That's the top of it, right?

The thickness, the base of it, the depth what it is that's the top of it right the the thickness the base of it

the depth of it is deeper than that and just doing a cop out of i feel imposter syndrome or i feel like an

imposter is really doing yourself a complete disservice if and and the way to change is to do the work

the personal work the deep work the work that your future self will thank you for

later. And it's not an overnight deal. But as I looked into this, I'm like, oh, I totally was an

imposter syndrome in so many different ways for a lot of years, especially early on in business.

And that's gotten better and better without me strategically working on imposter syndrome,

but working and deepening the relationship with myself,

I've noticed that getting immensely better. So a little bit of a different episode for us.
