Summary

I was joined by Justin decker of Athlecare Sports Recovery on today's show. He owns and operates a local facility in Utah that focuses on helping individuals with optimal performance. We dove into Justin's story of having his wife almost die due to health issues to him overcoming a huge battle with OCD. It was quite remarkable and a moving story of triumph. We also touched on a few tips as you go about your lifting to help you stay injury-free and perform at your best!
