Today's episode me and Michelle talked about, first off, kind of talked a little about the next level retreat that just happened this weekend, but particularly the ice bath experiences she had.

And as Michelle was talking about the ice bath, we actually went off on a tangent and was not planned for the podcast, but that's the beauty of a podcast. We're going to save what we're

going to go over for next week. Because I went into a tangent about, she opened her eyes and saw these

people rallied around her cheering her on that vibrated really high, that had heart-centered, you know,

emotions. They came from their heart. And she felt loved and supported to the point where she was

going to bail out of the ice bath and she stuck through it.

And then she had a peaceful, loving experience by the end and was so proud of herself.

And it got us talking about who you surround yourself with matters and that it is okay to have a high

standards of what it looks like to be your close friend or one of your best friends.

That is, and it took me, it was just about 90 days ago that I had this shift to realize,

I don't have to feel bad about that anymore.

I don't have to feel bad that I think I'm worth having high quality people that do have

to hit this checklist to be really close to me.

I used to feel guilty about it.

And when I started doing that, the people I surround

myself with, I feel so loved and supported. And it has helped me more than I can put into words

by not feeling like I got to do this person a favor, even though they really don't, they don't

really hit any of my checkboxes of what it looks like to be really one of my best friends.
