And it was about this good foods and bad foods debate.

And it was all in regards to a post I made where I had a lot of these clean eating zealots

come out and say that donuts are poison.

And of course there's bad foods.

And I had enough of those comments and DMs trying to battle me on it that I wanted to bring

a whole podcast about it.

Food has no moral compass.

There are no good foods and bad foods. There's far more advantageous ones and less advantageous.

There's far more nutrient dense ones and far less nutrient dense ones. And it's finding a

balance and having the majority, meaning 80%, coming from those more advantageous and more nutrient

dense foods. There is no bad foods and good foods, and this is coming from a recovering, clean-eating

zealot, that that's all I used to do and make my clients do for years.
