Summary

Michelle and I discussed eating foods that help with mood disorders such as anxiety and depression on today's show. We often talk a lot about balance and not including your favorite foods such as sugar, but, in Michelle's case, for example, moderating those foods and possibly even eliminating, for the time being, has proved considerable dividends in her mood and overall happiness. We gave you specific foods that help with anxiety and the why behind it. Enjoy the show!

While we never once labeled any foods as good and bad in here, is the other side of the coin. While we never once labeled any foods

And I got to give her credit for that because when you do all the tools you've learned,

0:58.1

it doesn't always work right away, but you have to keep doing them and eventually it works, right?

1:02.0

And so she got herself out of it.

1:03.6

And so she's done a lot of research on her own about certain foods that can help promote a better environment in the body for less anxiety,

1:13.9

less depression, and why these foods work. And some leverage points just to remember like it's,

1:22.8

for Michelle, a huge leverage point was not just to lose weight anymore. It was about how do I feel.

1:26.9

And that was such a dark time that member pain is such a motivating factor that she not just to lose weight anymore. It was about how do I feel? And that was

1:27.5

such a dark time that remember pain is such a motivating factor that she's willing to change up her

1:31.7
