I'm telling you it will. It's very fascinating. A little about her journey, but a lot on strength training, building muscle 101.

Like literally, if you want to build muscle, and remember, you can't tone a muscle. That's for a printer cartridge.

Either building or you're losing fat. And that's what will give you that quote unquote toned look eventually.
