Summary

My good friend, Liz Roman of Fit Mom Life, joined me on today's show. Liz has battled her own autoimmune disorder since her diagnosis in college called Hashimoto's and finally found answers to keep it a bay. That is initially why I wanted her on the podcast. However, it took such excellent turns to talk extensively about digestive health, hormones, and how to put yourself first. Liz is a wealth of knowledge and just had an absolute blast. Be sure to check out her podcast, The Food Code, which I was honored to be a guest on last year. Enjoy the episode.
