Summary

We were joined by Dr. Haile Schoff to discuss all things birth control. She is a Chiropractor and Nutrition Counselor who has a passion for healthy movement, proper mindset, wholesome nutrition and non-toxic living. 

 

Bio:

I graduated undergrad at St. John Fisher College where I majored in Biology and was a four year collegiate softball pitcher. Before starting graduate school I obtained certifications in Strength and Conditioning to allow me to start working with athletes. Throughout my time at chiropractic school I was able to work with a variety of patients ranging from high end D1 athletes in the Perfect Game League, runners in the Annual Boilermaker Race, students and staff around campus, outpatients in the local community as well as patients at Monroe County Hospital and the VA Hospitals. 

I obtained my Advanced Certificate in Sports Science and Human Performance while in school to give me the ability and in depth training to work with athlete and sports teams.  I also was the President of Rehab to Performance (a rehab focused club) for 2 years while at school also was able to start my online business where I began working with over 500+ people online for nutrition and fitness. I am Rocktape Certified, a DUTCH Test Practitioner, and an overall advocate for functional fitness, functional nutrition and health optimization.
