On today's show, I had the honor of being joined by my friend Julia Woodford, WBFF pro bikini competitor. We discussed her self-love journey while being in the competition space, which is a tricky thing to navigate. She explained how she got there and some tips for you all out there as you go about your journey of self-love. She also chimed in on her input between meal plans vs. macros and when she prefers one over the other.
