I’m Leigh, and I’m a Hashimoto’s health and nutrition coach, which just means I help women to become experts in their own body and advocates for their own health so that they can begin healing their own Hashimoto’s.

I have Hashimoto’s. I was diagnosed a little over ten years ago but I suffered with it for much longer. I got into Hashi Health coaching because most often thyroid issues disguise themselves as weight loss issues. But we can’t lose weight until we deal with the underlying autoimmune disease, and that’s where my course and I come in.
