And I was very proud of her, but I didn't get a chance to ask her more questions.

So as I explored it with her, I literally hadn't talked to her about this.

So it was kind of, you're thinking, hey, that goes against what you normally say,

which is, hey, learn to track the, you know, tracking your food is so important.

And the scale is just data.

You have to learn to live with the scale.

It's not the enemy.

It's just a data point.

You know, it's not your self-worth.

And then to hear Michelle say, yeah, but I deleted my tracking app and through my scale

away. But there's definitely deeper reasons why.

And I love to explore the other side of the coin.

The other side that might apply to a percentage of people that are like,

Brad, you keep telling me to do that, but I can't get to that place.

So very insightful about her relationship over course of maybe her whole life, but at least the last 20 to 25 years with the scale and, you know, a little bit of session with tracking.
