conversation about the the similarities between a fitness journey and a sobriety journey and and i give

you direct correlations between this and that and it's um it was actually very insightful for me i didn't

know what directions was going to go i just knew we're going to talk about my sobriety birthday, but I think you guys are going

to get a lot of value out of this because there's so much truth to how similar it is.

And so, you know, and also I just appreciate you guys.

Uh, it means a lot to me, all the love and support I got on that day. I can't thank you enough for this

platform to be able to share honestly and open with you guys about what I've gone through, about

fitness, about food, about, you know, nutrition, about about mindset. And quite frankly, you guys

being able to absorb me talking about my recovery, how it relates to this. and so I'm just so grateful for this platform

and this medium to be able to do that and to tell you that there is hope and if you know

somebody struggling with addiction there there is hope it might have to get darker before it gets

light but but I'm living proof than matter how dark it gets you know if you don't stop trying

there's some light. And that light

has shine bright and bright and brighter and bright in my life. And for that, I'm internally
