On todays episode, I talk about the power of our breath and how breath work can immensely help your fitness journey.

You’ve probably read about the benefits of deep breathing — even a few deep breaths can lower blood pressure and cortisol <https://www.parsleyhealth.com/blog/naturally-lower-cortisol-levels/> levels and increase parasympathetic tone, but breathwork is a little different. Formal breath work practices exert some even more impressive positive effects on the body and work in a different and almost opposite way. 

I am by no means an expert on this subject, so consider this breath work for dummies 101. I went over all the benefits as well as tips and tricks to implement this in your everyday life.
