We have give you lots of input on this global crisis and ensuing quarantine, but we wanted to shed light on how clients are making it through it.
We discuss different strategies we have implemented to help them not only just survive this time, but also thrive.
One of those is creating structure in your day. Tips and tricks to do that as well as client “wins”.
For some clients, Maintenance is goal. For others, fat loss is still the goal, and either way is okay, as long as you are diligent in that plan!
