Host Brad Jensen and Co-Host Michelle Raines get the pleasure of having guest Cody “Boom-Boom” on this episode of The Key Nutrition Podcast.
Cody, the owner of Boom-Boom Performance & Nutrition, shares his story of how he found success in the industry at such a young age. Cody, age 26, found his passion for fitness and nutrition years ago after becoming tired of being overweight. After many years of research, hard work, trial and error, Cody was able transform his physique, changing his life. This change is what drove him, at the age of 18, to dedicate his life to the industry.
Follow along on this episode as Cody shares expert advice on nutrition, useful tips on time management and his passion for coaching and mentorship. We had a great time on this episode getting to know Cody and what he is all about!
