I think one of the most powerful things you can do as a human being is being conscious of your strengths and weaknesses.
If you know your weaknesses, then you know what you need to work on.
For me, it's my emotions.
I've been working on controlling them.
I respond to violence.
David Goggins trained me on this very thing and it worked for me.
I talk to myself this way.
It's degrading to others.
I understand I have a weakness in my communication.
For the last 10 years, I've been working on this.
It's a power move to work on your deficits.
I listen to books.
Talk to people.
Take in podcasts.
Talk to ChatGPT to help me improve.
I'm constantly searching for a solution to address my weaknesses.
I turn my weaknesses into strengths by simply doing the work.
I hate burpees, but I do more because I'm weak.
Identify and know your weakness so you can improve and eradicate it.
You're always going to have something to work on.
Stay focused.
Get conscious.
Be better and do better.
