Well, I think you probably know we have a great relationship with the boys,

and I just mean that affectionately, the boys over at KCMO Talk Radio 710,

from my appearances this year on Chris DeGall's show after Chiefs Games to many Friday appearances

with Pete Mundo, who hosts the morning show. He's become a very good friend over the last couple of

years. He's on the air every morning from 6 to 10 a.m. and this is one of the hardest things there

is to do in media. Six to 10 a.m. four hours of live radio well before the sun comes up and

to be versed on so many issues that Pete Mundo

talks about. He talks about way more things than I do, even on this podcast, because he covers

so many local news and political stories in the Kansas City area. He's one of the smartest people

I've ever met. He's a very talented broadcaster. He's also the program director at KCMO Talk Radio. And he's younger than he looks and sounds.

He has an incredible future, even though he's got a real nice resume already. Pete Mundo has an

unbelievable future in the business. I am a big fan. And on this special edition of KKHA,

we're going to talk to Peteep Bundo about the state of

talk radio, the legacy of Rush Limbaugh, and what conservative talk radio looks like going forward

and its impact where it needs to branch out other than AM radio stations, for example,

and what kind of an impact this can mean for conservatives in America going forward.

Of course, we'll talk about the Chiefs and the Super Bowl and the play called Corn Dog and the

future of the Big 12. Pete is the owner and operator of a website called Heartland College Sports.com.

It focuses on Big 12 athletics, mostly football and men's basketball, but other sports as well.
