This week’s guest is a sports presenter, broadcaster and fitness fanatic who Gabby knows very well. In fact, they've known each other for over 25 years and Gabby is godmother to one of her sons!
In this frank and honest chat, Kirsty Gallacher talks to Gabby about dating in later life and the pros and cons of dating apps. They discuss why a lot of people lose their confidence after a break up, and Kirsty opens up about the struggles she had after her divorce, which were laid bare for all the country to see.
Gabby and Kirsty are also joined by relationship expert, Annabelle Knight, who gives some sage advice for anyone looking to get back into dating in midlife. The key might just be to pick up the phone...
