All right everybody I have the great Kip folks on the line today. I've had Kip on before

but Kip is I'd have to say somewhat of a legend in the outdoor world,

probably not as well known as you should be

and you haven't tried to be.

But Kip, tell everybody a little bit about yourself.

And again, you've been on before but pretty crazy amazing story and yeah

super good dude like I it's I have to look to find bad things about you so and that's

pretty hard these days. Yeah, it's been a fun career.

I mean, we started Under Armour and my partner's grandmother's basement and then, you know know 21 years there and then I left and you know I hopped

on board with with the origin guys and met up with Jocko and the Jocko fuel team and I started my own beer brand called Big Truck and then recently I bought an outfitting business, Bushwack, Alaska,

and just had been thrilled about what the future is.

And it all started back when I wanted to make some outdoor product at Under Armour we were a

sporting goods company and I was like man we need to make some camouflage because

that's where my passion lied and I've always just tried to line up my passion with work and

sometimes that's hard you know sometimes you just have to grind out a job you don't

love but I think I always find my way back to the outdoors.

Yeah, oh yeah well and I you know anybody that follows along with with you who are

listening to the first podcast we did you have I mean I

think you had mentioned something about you had maybe got complacent at

under armor or you might have said lazy complacent I can't remember your exact

You know terminology but one of the things that it's with you is you you are one of the you're a worker like you're constantly like you do not rest on your

loyals you're getting after it all the time obviously with everything you've got
