I'm thankful.

Our scriptal text today is coming from the book of Esther, chapter 4, verse 13 and 14.

You notice there these words, and Mordecai told them to answer Esther.

Do not think in your heart that you will escape in the king's palace any more than all the other Jews.

For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place.

But you and your father's house will perish.

Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this.

I'll talk for a few moments about kingdom purpose, kingdom purpose.

As you may know, Haman had a terrible plot against the Jews to have all of them annihilated.

And little did he know that the king's wife, Esther, was a Jew.

And while she's now in a place of privilege, she could say this doesn't pertain to me, and that's not my problem.

But yet she realized when her cousin, her uncle, Mordecai, sent the message to her,

how do you not know, Esther, that you have come into the kingdom for such a time as this?

That you are more than just beautiful,

that your beauty has a purpose.

It's designed to do something.

You were born for more than just to seek pleasure,

whether you realize that or not,

you were born to fulfill purpose.

And whenever you fulfill purpose, you are fulfilled.

But the more things that you think that you can do to just pleasure yourselves, whether it is sex,
