conversations in the 18th century, but there it is, history. However, I can celebrate King Charles

because there's a story today of Princess Royal, Charles's sister, traveling

to the Netherlands to lay a wreath at Arnhem.

This is the end of the great operation known as Operation Market Garden.

The use of Paratroop divisions, the 82nd, the 101st, and the first par Paris of Great Britain

to hop ahead of the armor force

moving up one single road towards Arnhem

and to cross into Germany

as early as September of 44, ending the war months earlier and saving as many lives.

It did not work and Arnham was a bridge too far. You all heard that movie. Well Arnhem was the battle

that the first Paris fought against an overwhelming German force because we have reason to believe

now that Marquard Market Garden was betrayed.

We don't have all of it, but it is not a coincidence, it turns out, that the Germans had

an SS-Pancer division planted near Arnhem that counter-attacked the Paris who to my

knowledge nonetheless didn't surrender until right towards the end it has a it has a very ragged end because the Germans did not

massacre in this instance. They took them prisoners of war.

Gregory, you have a story even older, reaching back to the 19th century.

Well yes I think that the visit by by Princess Anne, the Princess Royal to

Arnhem for that ceremony is typical of the healing diplomacy which the

royal family has been engaged in for some time and you have to remember that the
