Po-po I'm Sam Nifty Delaney so what? I'm welcome if he delaney so what welcome along it's a Monday morning episode it's

going out on a Sunday evening if you're IFS subscriber I'm I'm a fucking hell I'm not well they could be covered I don't know I've got something that I just

feel completely flat and congested and there's a bit of a cough going on.

So apologies if I'm a little bit more subdued than usual.

But I'll try because I've got quite an interesting development to share with you.

Well, I've really, I'm sort of very low on energy myself. I haven't slept well. I don't sound good either I've had a

busy weekend that is very tired and so this could be working title quite

boring pod or flat or quite flat.

It might be good for us to do a flat one now and again.

Just, why not?

With like any energy or anything just well it's like

if you go to a concert and they do a lot of like rocking numbers and then

suddenly they dim the lights in the you just sit down with an acoustic

guitar and do a couple of lights slow it slowed down numbers you know don't get me

started on concerts after last night top flight unplugged I was at a concert last night. Top flight unplugged.

I was at a concert last night and I give it 9.8 out of 10.
