All right welcome to TALK IS CHERICO it's the part of Thunder and Rock and Roll and today

another one of my oldest friends in the wrestling business is here King Haku

yeah brought a Tongo from Danga I met him when I was working in Mexico and he took me under his

wing I would a lot of great times there we fought the whole airport security at one point which

we'll talk about we were in Japan together at great times there WCWWW we traveled the world

and a lot of people would say he's the toughest man in the wrestling business I would agree with you

I would agree with them and I'm sure you would agree with me if if you saw some of the things that

I've seen from Tongo who is the nicest guy calm Tongo because that's his real name sorry King Haku

he's the nicest guy in the world but when you get him rolling man the stories for decades

about how tough he is and about the people that he's beaten up over the years we don't get into that

too much because we don't want to risk any lawsuits but we're gonna talk all about him we're gonna

talk about growing up on the small island of Tongo close to Samoa and how he went from sumo to

pro wrestling in Japan he started out as a sumo wrestler in Japan that changed his pro wrestler he

started with tag teaming with his cousin the barbarian and of course the legendary Andre the Giant

meeting tenru genshiro our boss in wrestling and romance and how Vince McMahon ultimately found him

brought him to the double to be and gave him the king haku gimmick it's a great conversation filled

with some of her crazy stories together from our time in Mexico it was great to reconnect with Tongo

from Tongo so King Haku is coming up and so is another big Jericho network announcement there's

another new show joining the network I'm gonna tell you all about it right after this show right
