Tonight we are continuing with King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table.

But before we return to our book, take a moment to get comfortable and snug. Give yourself a nice, big stretch to release any tension in your muscles notice how each part of your body feels from your

toes or all the way up to your head and give any areas that need it an extra squeeze and release to help them relax.

Take a nice deep breath in, hold it a moment, and then exhale, breathing away any remaining thoughts, cluttering your mind.

We'll do that once more.
