As you get ready to meditate in today's episode, we continue with the theme we're exploring this week, which is all about motivation.

Staying motivated as you are a few weeks into a brand new year.

Sticking with your resolutions and your virtues or your word of the year, whatever you are focused on for change and opportunity this year.

When you do today's meditation, I'll guide you through layering the different

meditation techniques we've explored all week long. So you'll layer together a breathing

technique, an affirmation, a moodra, and some mindset for your meditation.

Meditation may be a ritual that you would like to acquire,

and it may be one of your resolutions this year. You may be a long time meditator and if so I honor you for showing up for yourself day in and day out because that consistency is key to creating big changes in how you respond to stress. So think about what part of your life?

You feel you could use a little motivation to help you improve? Or maybe you want to improve or maybe you want to cultivate a particular virtue.

Maybe you want to cultivate perseverance. you want to be able to go through trying situations or

difficult projects and to stick with it to persevere.
