Glory to God. Well, let's open our Bibles to 1 Corinthians 13. I've been teaching on love for

five, six years now. Since it's unfailing, I guess I can teach on it for a lot longer.

And that's what, that's kind of where we're going to go today. We look at different aspects.

You know, the character of God is really what you're wanting to know.

And if you want to know the character of God, you must study love.

You're not going to find out his character without studying love.

You can study faith all you want.

You can study hope.

You can study everything else.

But to find the character

of god the very nature of who he is that's what you've got to study what were the old testament

people missing they had the law they had no love right no love they had the law but to find out

the character of god you got to look at jesus he was the. But to find out the character of God, you've got to look at Jesus.

He was the love of God. He is the love of God. And his very character is what we'd want to look at

to find out how God is. Jesus even said it to the disciples. He said, if you've seen me, you've seen the

father. And he wasn't just saying, if you've seen my face, if you've seen my said, if you've seen me, you've seen the father. And he wasn't just

saying, if you've seen my face, if you've seen my body, if you've watched what I do, you've

saw how the father is. You have seen what he would have done in every situation.

When the lady was brought before him and should have been stoned because the law said so,

Jesus showed you the character of God and forgave her, right?

The law didn't forgive her.

Jesus did because that's the character of God.
