I can't tell you how much I love Kimberly Brown. I was trying to remember how initially we got

connected. I think it was a couple of years ago now and I believe it's because my friend

who's a editor at Money magazine said you know

Kimberly's want to follow. She's really awesome and so I did and I have and here we are.

I love and I have

love the work that Kimberly does. She is very passionate about helping people find their next move in their career in In fact, her incredible book and her

podcast are both called Next Move, Best Move, and I thoroughly enjoy both of

them. She's a leading career and development expert, she's an accomplished speaker, and her

mission is to empower women and people of color in the workplace. She's also a columnist at the cut writing a career column and I think that you'll find in this

interview if you've ever lacked career clarity and maybe you've had questions about

how people network how they find mentors, how they manage to access information, people and resources that can help them.

I mean it's terrible when I'm taught these things.
