And thanks for having me. So skipping. Now, I did what you told me is the classic thing when we

first started talking about it because you were explaining to me that you started

this skipping movement and I did what you said the BBC had done coming from England. I was assuming

you meant jump rope and that you had people all over the world doing jump rope. But I was quite

delighted to learn, no, not that skipping at all. You mean literally the childhood playground skipping.

Yes. Yeah, like skipping down the yellow brick road. Yeah. So before you kind of turn this

into a thing for the rest of the world, what was your relationship to skipping? Was it something

you'd done all your life? No, I actually hadn't skipped since I was a kid until I, until 1997, so two years before I actually started the skipping movement.

And I was out with a couple of friends and one of them said, let's skip.
