which we recorded during the coronavirus lockdown. So my guest and I met over Zoom instead of our usual experience of being together here in the studio.

My guest is Dean Graziozzi, who is world-renowned as a leading success coach.

Dean has written multiple New York Times bestsellers.

He is often considered the world's best real estate trainer and has himself created and run multiple

nine-figure businesses.

Yet what's so interesting about Dean is he came from incredibly humble beginnings.

So what I thought might be interesting to talk to Dean about is what's the journey that he,

his values, his interior world have gone through with such a change in his outer circumstances.

So it's interesting, looking at your story and looking at your history, business is in your blood.

And, you know, one of the things that really struck me was especially the story about when you were in the 11th grade,

going into business with your father on the collision shop.

Could you perhaps share a little bit about that experience and how that formed you at such a young age?

Yeah, you know, first off, it's a pleasure to be here,

and congratulations for all the impact you're making on the world and giving back.
