There are, there are a lot of evil people in this world.

Kilmar Abrago Garcia is not one of them.

Pam Bondi, our Attorney General, Stephen Miller, Christy Noem, the director of Homeland Security,

our Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Donald Trump.

They are evil, hateful, hurtful, and dangerous.

Kilmar Abrago Garcia is not.

At the age of 16, Kilmar Abrago Garcia fled El Salvador, escaping gangs who were trying

to recruit him. He moved to Maryland so he could live

with his older brother. Five years later, he and his girlfriend, Jennifer, a United States citizen,

moved in together and after she became pregnant with his child, they started a family.

In 2019, an immigration judge granted Garcia temporary protected legal status after Garcia,

still not a citizen, was arrested by a dirty Maryland cop who falsely accused Garcia

of being a member of MS-13 based on nothing but hearsay and because, said the dirty cop,

Garcia was wearing a hoodie and a Chicago Bulls cap, which, according to this dirty cop, that signified

Garcia was a gangbanger. So the dirty cop turned Garcia over to ICE. He was a dirty cop. He

ended up getting thrown off the force. So that was back in March of 2019. And a month later,

Garcia held in ICE detention, went before an immigration judge, who, because of the processing

backlog for immigrants, that judge agreed with ICE that Garcia should be detained, denied Bond until his next hearing,

which was scheduled for October of 2019. So while waiting for his next hearing,

Garcia held inside that ICE detention center, his first child was born two months after Garcia

married Jennifer, who was a U.S. citizen and the mother of his baby. They married while he was
