being stronger and when I say stronger, you know, I mean, you know, physically you can

get stronger and that's great too but just more control over their emotional self, more

control over their mental faculties so that they can analyze and make good decisions,

you know, all of that wind up helping them overcome problems in their life, you know.

So all of that stuff is the, you know, the foundation to helping people is making them

stronger. So, you know, we spend a lot of time on that on those issues, you know, obviously
