1:03.0	Okay, the first thing you need to know about this video right here. Okay, the first thing you need to know is something called super saturation.
1:07.0	When the concentration of fluid in your kidney becomes too concentrated, that's when the stones form. And this video is mainly on the most common
1:17.3	stones that form called the calcium oxlet stones, okay? So one way to prevent the super saturation is to drink enough fluid. Okay, so 2 to 2.5 up to 3 liters of fluid each day, a fluid.
1:35.9	That will prevent any stones from forming right there.
1:38.8	And of course, if you're gonna do that much fluid,
1:40.7	I recommend also adding electrolytes in there, especially potassium, citrate.
1:46.5	More fluid will prevent even the formation of these stones.
