Dr. Berg talks about a hidden stress secret that has to do with the environment a person is exposed to. Environment is a very important aspect for adrenals, sanity and stress levels (which can cause environmental stress). There are so many things in the environment that can trigger stress such as watching tv, internet, at work. People need to set up their own space and isolate these stress-related factors in order to relax and have a stress relief. So the focus should be to think about future (not the past) and imagine beautiful things that can happen in life. Stress management techniques could involve writing, drawing, going for a walk, helping someone.  Dr. Berg discusses environmental stress. He gives you things to do to control your environment.
