Welcome back. It's the big blue banter, New York Football

Giants podcast. I got caught up a little bit there in my excitement as John Harbaugh himself

just called us the New York Football Giants in his introductory press conference. And this today,

we will be discussing some of our key takeaways from John Harbaugh's first press conference with the New York

Football Giants and also some new rumors on the defensive coordinator front, on the offensive

coordinator front, some changes that John Harbaugh will be making in the building when it comes

to the facilities, the cafeteria, the wait room, among other things, and just kind of getting

the overall vibe for where we're at right now, Nick, as we head into phase two, as I'll call it, of the Giants, 2026 offseason.

We got the head coach.

Phase two is finalize his coaching staff, get the coordinators in, the position coaches, which he will meet with this week, Nick, according to John himself, and kind of deep, we'll get a better feel for where the Giants are at with retaining or letting go of any of those position coaches. We don't know yet. And then finally, as we move forward to free agency and things of that nature. So, Nick, how are you doing today? And what were your thoughts on John's introductory presser? Motivate, baby. Yeah, that's what my thoughts were, dude. That was a very motivating, just a very comfortable individual in front of a room talking, going off. A lot of coach speak, but a lot of good things in there as well. I mean, it definitely seems like this under, his individual understands that a building winning culture, he went on about that. And it was, um, wasn't as memorable maybe as some of the other opening

press conferences when Ben McAdoe decided to show up with a suit that was like three or four times

bigger than the one that he should have been wearing. But overall, it was a good time. And damn,

am I not excited? Am I not excited that John Harbaugh is the head football coach of the New York

football Giants? I am very excited, guys. It's going to be a, I think the Giants might be on the right path. Yeah, look, you know me, Nick. I'm excited about this for reasons that we've discussed on previous shows. Am I excited about it from the things that he said today? You guys know me if you listen to the show long enough. I'm not a huge believer in these types of. You're not rhetorical. You're not about the rhetoric. It is. It's fun. I'm excited. It's good fluff. We heard this from Joe Judge. We heard this from Shermer. We heard this from McAdoo. So everyone has their own version of fluff. John's fluff is the best fluff that we can call it that. He knows how to command the room, like you said.

He knows how to talk to us and get us excited.

But I'm looking at different things, and I'm looking at some of the, like, the way that he described building a culture.
