one for the seahawks 49ers matchup clinton and now we have him back for the 49ers jv versus the

seahawks i'm excited to talk to young about the upcoming matchup Saturday. How are you doing today, bud?

I'm doing great. Yeah, I mean, Young is the guest so nice. We had to have them twice, right?

So look, the NFL schedule makers are no dummies. They bookended this thing with, I think, a lot of, a lot of purpose and a potential, potential just vision as to what this could be.

And we got great feedback when you were on first time young, you know ball,

you know your team.

And when we have guests like you on, as much as we sport take the 49ers, we love having

folks like, you know, we love having folks like you on who really know the intimacy of

your team and can bring a couple of nuggets that our listeners be like,

okay, I didn't know that about the Niners. And in this season of a lot of change,

a lot of change with 49ers, hey, tip the cap. You know, you guys are where you are. If you win,

you take the crown, you are home. You get a chance to be home throughout the playoffs

with a Super Bowl being hosted in Santa Clara,

Young Heavy. How are you doing? And does that, all that, does that fire you up, man? I have a

feeling it might. I'm very excited, man. Like you said, normally when we have a lot of injuries like this,

we just normally just, you know, tank the season in and call it a rap. We go next year. And this year, you know, the guy said, you know what? We're not going to go out like that. I think because the way the season has gone and nobody has been a clear favorite on either side to win the Super Bowl, I think because it feels like it's wide open, you know. So I guess they just said, you know what? We're going to do our part and see where the chips lay. And we got a chance to have, you know what, I guess we already had a home game. So we got a chance to have four more home games for the rest of the season. I think that motivates the guys as well to, you know, have a chance to not leave and be home for the whole playoffs. So I think, Adam, I think it

be wise for us to cue up young in the sense that, look, the 49ers have endured an

incredible amount of change in this year. One of elite engineer used to work with at a technology

company. He would always talk about change. And he's like, look, he's like,

it's just your ability to absorb shock. He's like, if you could absorb shock and stay consistent

or maybe even get better and grow through change, he's like, then you've got a good organization.
