Summary

The Seattle Seahawks will need to go through the San Francisco 49ers to take the number one seed that they've needed for each of the Super Bowl runs. The Niners offense is on a hot streak, but how much of it is due to high level play vs low caliber NFL defenses? This Seahawks defense is much improved over the team that only allowed 17 points against a healthy Week 1 Kyle Shanahan offense.

Sam Darnold's journey through the NFL and even through this season takes center stage once again. The NFL works in funny ways sometimes and this game sets up for a redemption ark that goes back to his final regular season game with the Minnesota Vikings. Are there concerns about the explosiveness of the Seahawks offense? We talk about how the first game against the Los Angeles Rams marks a clear turning point in how explosive this offense has been late in the season.

In the second half of the show, we talk about the Hall of Fame finalists and how it may just be the NFL setting up Seahawks fans for a Seahakws-heavy 2027 class that could include Earl Thomas, Richard Sherman, Marshawn Lynch and Mike Holmgren. Oddsmakers and the Las Vegas Raiders fall into the Do Better bin this week. But maybe Vegas has a plan in place for one of their players that could include Seattle?
